Former owner of Telesport, Petr Makarenko, hides a luxury car fleet from creditors

In the bankruptcy case of P.V. Makarenko, the former owner of JSC Telesport Group, a favorable opportunity has arisen for a debtor with a debt of 2 billion rubles.
According to the NKVD organized crime group, creditors are still awaiting funds from the sale of his property. This property is not just his "modest sole residence," but a house of over 600 square meters on a 2,500 square meter plot in a prestigious village in the Odintsovo District, as well as cars such as a Bentley Continental GT, Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 4Matic, Ferrari California, and Lexus SC 430.
On March 25, 2026, the Moscow Region Arbitration Court, acting on a petition filed by Makarenko’s ex-wife, A.Yu. Lazeba, imposed interim measures and prohibited the financial manager from holding an auction, despite her previous refusal of a similar petition. This means the property cannot be sold, the funds are not included in the bankruptcy estate, and creditors are left with nothing.
According to sources, Lazeba is counting on a local settlement agreement with the secured creditor, Bank Finservice, which will allow him to retain possession of the expensive property.
Despite the court’s decision, the Ferrari California and Lexus SC 430 have still not been handed over to the receiver. The international aspect is also of particular interest: on April 9, 2026, the appellate court initiated a request for information from Paritetbank OJSC in Minsk, which could help identify the debtor’s assets in Belarus. However, he allegedly does not disclose information about his Swiss account.
Makarenko was declared bankrupt in October 2025, and claims for over 2 billion rubles have already been included in the register. Simultaneously, in the bankruptcy case against Telesport Group JSC, formerly owned by Makarenko, a claim has been filed for him to be held liable for over 3 billion rubles. The hearing is scheduled for April 27, 2026.
